If required information is not provided, we may be unable to assess or respond to the request.

A referral may contain information about a participant supplied by a family member, representative or professional. The referrer must have the participant's consent to share it and to nominate who may be contacted. Please provide only information needed for the referral. Do not put an NDIS number, detailed clinical history or unrelated sensitive information in a general website form.

Authorised Reliable Care Solutions staff and contracted providers that operate the website, database, spam protection and email delivery may process this information. These technology providers may process or store data in Australia or in other countries where they operate. We do not sell enquiry data and do not use participant or referral details to build advertising audiences.

You may ask for access to or correction of personal information we hold, withdraw contact permission where applicable, or make a privacy complaint by emailing info@reliablecaresolutions.com.au or calling 0474 509 057. We will review the request and explain the next step. If you are not satisfied with our handling of a privacy complaint, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We retain enquiry, referral, feedback and availability information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for follow-up, service administration, safeguarding, dispute handling or applicable record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it where lawful and practical.

Job applicant collection notice

When you apply for a role or register an expression of interest, Reliable Care Solutions Pty Ltd collects your name, contact details, application information and any résumé you choose to upload. We use this information to assess suitability, communicate with you, verify information where appropriate and administer current or reasonably anticipated recruitment.

Authorised recruitment staff and contracted providers operating the website, database, file storage and email may process applicant information. Those providers may process or store data in Australia or other countries where they operate. If required details are not provided, we may be unable to consider the application.

We retain applicant information only while reasonably needed for recruitment, legal or dispute-handling purposes, then delete or de-identify it where lawful and practical. You may withdraw an application or ask for access to or correction of applicant information using the contact details above; withdrawal does not require deletion where retention is legally required.

Website analytics and campaign measurement

Google Analytics is optional on this website. It is not loaded unless you choose “Allow analytics” in the website privacy choice. If you choose necessary-only use, the Google Analytics script is not requested. Advertising storage, personalised advertising signals and ad-personalisation storage remain disabled when analytics is allowed.

When you allow analytics, Google Analytics may receive technical and usage information such as the page visited, approximate location derived from an internet address, device or browser information, and interactions such as calls-to-action or a successfully saved enquiry. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, NDIS numbers, form messages or other form field contents to Google Analytics.

The website also retains first-party campaign details submitted with an enquiry, such as UTM campaign labels, referring site and advertising click identifiers. These details are stored with the enquiry for internal source reconciliation even when optional analytics is declined. They are not used for remarketing or audience building, and are not clinical records. The current pilot does not upload participant identity or support details to advertising platforms. You can change the optional analytics choice at any time using “Analytics choices” in the website footer.

Disclosure of your information

We may from time to time need to disclose certain information, which may include your personal data, to comply with a legal requirement such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena or warrant, or in response to a law enforcement agency request. We may also use your personal data to protect the rights, property or safety of Reliable Care Solutions, our customers or third parties.

Third parties

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose personal information as described in this policy, including to contracted providers that help us operate the website or deliver requested services, to a person you authorise, where reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety, or where required or authorised by law.
