Community participation is usually funded under Core Supports (Assistance with Social & Community Participation) or Capacity Building. If your plan includes social and community access, we can support you. Not sure? We're happy to help you check.

2. Initial support discussion
We discuss your needs, location, preferences and the support funded in your plan.
3. Confirm arrangements
If we have suitable capacity, we agree the service, schedule and start date with you.
